By accessing or using WCAFROFEST, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase tickets. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by WCAFROFEST. Tickets are non-transferable and tied to the purchaser's account. Each ticket includes a unique QR code for event check-in.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued automatically if an event is cancelled. For other refund requests, contact us before the event date. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

5. Event Attendance

You must present your valid ticket QR code for entry. WCAFROFEST reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or security reasons. Some events may have age restrictions; please check the event details before purchasing.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or scalp tickets
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits
• Interfere with the platform's operation

7. Account Suspension

WCAFROFEST may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Banned users will be notified and may appeal the decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

WCAFROFEST is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
